I feel you are like me in that you can and are capable of so much creativity. We have to temper ourselves against burn out ! I too love a daily practice but it's not as special sometimes if we do it constantly. We need a break to appreciate ourselves and our capabilities. Your felt pieces are fabulous! 😍

Love to you,

Shalagh

You are so right Shalagh, burnt out can be achieved in creativity too. From what I experienced it happens when I persist for the sake of a challenge and totally stop enjoying what I create, especially when doing it last minute or something similar just so that it's done. This is now out of the window for me, at least for the longer challenges like 100 days or even more.

There's so much amazing energy that comes with a good challenge too so one can't really dismiss them all 😁

I believe we're back to balance lol.

Thank you for the comment my creative friend ❤️

I know the forced creative march happened to me for the 100 day project. I was exhausted to my bones the one year. I have since given myself permission to bow out which I did with maybe the ICAD challenge. My creativity is a child within after all. She needs not to be punished but inspired by creativity!

Indeed! I too stopped being so rigorous, it's like, why? What for? It's a project solely for me so I can do whatever. Better skip a day or a week than to drop out completely....
